Brand Identity Usage Policy

This Brand Identity & Logo Usage Policy applies to all interactions, materials, publications, and promotional uses involving Team King Competition, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), doing business as Team King Racing, Team King Tactical, Team King Media, and Team King Rising Tigers Program.
By using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
This policy outlines the rules, expectations, and restrictions governing the use of all Team King Competition brand assets, including but not limited to our logos, wordmarks, typography, color palettes, graphics, promotional materials, and any visual elements associated with our organization.•
1. OWNERSHIP & TRADEMARKS
• All Team King Competition logos, graphics, marks, and brand elements are the exclusive property of Team King Competition, LLC.
• These assets are protected under applicable intellectual property and trademark laws.
• Use of any Team King asset constitutes agreement to this policy.
2. APPROVED USES
Use of Team King brand assets is permitted under the following conditions:
• Personal use, such as displaying the logo on personal pages or sharing media involving the team.
• Official partner use, including sponsored teams, vendors, or collaborators, provided the use is appropriate and aligns with approved materials.
• Social media and website use by athletes, affiliates, or partners, as long as the logo is used correctly and unaltered.
• Editorial or informational use, such as press articles, event announcements, or relevant media reporting.
All other uses require explicit approval.
3. RESTRICTED & PROHIBITED USES
The following uses are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is granted by Team King Media:
• Commercial use of the logo or brand assets.
• Printing the logo on merchandise, apparel, accessories, or wearables without approval.
• Altering, modifying, recoloring, stretching, or distorting any logo element.
• Using outdated, experimental, phased-out, or non-official versions of the logo.
• Adding graphics, characters, emojis, drawings, or additional design elements to the logo.
• Placing the logo on backgrounds that do not provide adequate contrast or obscure readability.
• Using the logo in a manner that implies false partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation.
• Using the logo in contexts that are unethical, offensive, defamatory, or misrepresentative of Team King’s values.
Team King Competition reserves the right to revoke permission at any time.
4. LOGO STYLING & VISUAL RULES
To maintain consistent brand integrity, all Team King logos must adhere to the following rules:
• The logo must always remain in its original proportion.
• Do not recolor the logo unless switching to an approved single-color variant.
• The logo must remain clearly visible and unobstructed.
• Do not crop, warp, skew, rotate, or manipulate the logo.
• Do not recreate or redraw the logo in any style.
• Backgrounds must provide adequate contrast for visibility.
• Use only the official files provided on the Brand Identity page.

5. ASSET DISTRIBUTION
Team King brand assets (logos, templates, color codes, fonts, etc.) may only be downloaded through:
• The official Team King website
• Direct distribution by Team King Media
• Permissioned partner asset kits
Redistribution or hosting of Team King assets by outside parties is prohibited.
6. APPROVAL REQUIREMENT
Any of the following require prior written approval from Team King Media:
• Merchandise, apparel, banners, or print materials
• Large-format graphics (wraps, signage, vehicles, uniforms)
• Co-branded projects
• Commercial projects
• Sponsorship-related usage not covered by agreement
• Any design work altering layout, orientation, or proportion of brand elements

7. RIGHT TO REVIEW, MODIFY, OR DECLINE
Team King Competition reserves the right to review any use of brand assets, require revisions, decline approval, or revoke permission at any time.
We may request removal of improperly used assets from public or digital platforms.
8. VIOLATIONS
Improper use of Team King brand assets may result in:
• Revoked usage permissions
• Removal requests
• Termination of partnership agreements
• Formal notices or legal action in cases of infringement or misrepresentation
9. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated periodically to reflect brand standards, structural changes, or legal requirements. All updates will be published on the official Team King Competition website. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
