This Return & Refund Policy applies to all transactions with Team King Competition, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), doing business as Team King Racing, Team King Tactical, Team King Media, and Team King Rising Tigers Program.

1. DONATIONS
• All donations are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

   1. Proven duplicate transactions

   2. Payment processing errors

   3. Unauthorized use of payment information

• Refund requests for these exceptions must be submitted within 14 days of the donation date.

• To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at info@teamking.club with proof of the error and transaction details.

2. MERCHANDISE RETURNS (When Available)
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

   • Unused and unworn

   • In original packaging with tags attached

   • Free of stains, odors, or damage not caused during shipping

• Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

• Donations

• Gift cards

• Clearance or final sale items

• Digital products or downloads

• Customized or made-to-order merchandise

4. REFUND PROCESS
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@teamking.club with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

7. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect brand standards, structural changes, or legal requirements. All updates will be published on the official Team King Competition website. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
