This Uniformed Services Inclusivity Policy applies to all interactions, services, and engagements with Team King Competition, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”), doing business as Team King Racing, Team King Tactical, Team King Media, and Team King Rising Tigers Program.

For the purposes of Team King Competition programs, membership, and eligibility, “Uniformed Services” is defined as individuals who serve or have served in official roles requiring a recognized uniform, credentialed authority, or established rank structure. This includes the following categories:

1. U.S. ARMED FORCES

• Active Duty

• National Guard

• Reserve Components

• Veterans

Exclusion:
ROTC, JROTC, Service Academy cadets (prior to commissioning), Civil Air Patrol cadets, and other youth cadet programs are not included.

2. LAW ENFORCEMENT

• Local, county, and state law enforcement

• Federal law enforcement (e.g., DHS, FBI, ATF, DEA, CBP, USMS, etc.)

• Corrections Officers (all levels)

• Probation/Parole officers (if sworn and credentialed)

3. FIRE & EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

• Career firefighters

• Volunteer firefighters

• State or NREMT certified EMS (EMT, AEMT, Paramedic)

• Search & Rescue personnel

4. Dispatch & Public Safety Communications

• 911 dispatchers

• Emergency communications personnel

• Public safety communications specialists

5. Federal Uniformed Services

• U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps

• NOAA Commissioned Officer Corps

​

6. Credentialed Protective Services

Included only if licensed, credentialed, or operating under an official agency:

• Private security officers (state-licensed)

• Executive protection specialists (credentialed)

• Contract personnel operating under federal/state security authority

Exclusion:
Unlicensed private security, neighborhood watch, volunteer groups without credentialing, and hobbyist communities are not included under this definition.

Team King Competition reserves the right to independently evaluate eligibility, make exceptions, or decline recognition under this policy at our discretion. All determinations are made on a case-by-case basis to ensure alignment with our mission and program standards.

7. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect brand standards, structural changes, or legal requirements. All updates will be published on the official Team King Competition website. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
